General conditions of sale

Article 1 – Preamble and contact

1.1 Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern all contractual relations between the company SARL Aude Lechere, with a capital of €110,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 438 772 337, whose registered office is located at 3 rue de Messine, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter "We"), and any person browsing or making a purchase via the website www.audelechere.com (hereinafter "You").

The T&Cs may be updated at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the site on the date your order is validated.

Article 2 – Contract

2.1 Conditions for placing an order
You declare that you are an adult natural person with legal capacity or that you hold parental authorization allowing you to place an order. You declare that you are acting as a consumer and for your personal needs.
Full acceptance of these T&Cs is required to make any purchase.

2.2 Validation of the order
After validating your shopping cart, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the essential details of your order. A second email will be sent to you upon shipment.  Article 3 – Price, availability, delivery and customs

3.1 Price
Prices listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They include standard processing, packaging, and shipping costs. Aude Lechere reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

3.2 Availability and delivery
Each piece of jewelry is custom-made and requires a manufacturing time of 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery times are additional and vary depending on the destination. You will be informed of any delays. If the product is unavailable, you will be contacted to arrange an exchange or refund.

3.3 Customs duties
Shipping is free worldwide. Aude Lechere is responsible for customs duties prior to shipping. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery, unless certain information necessary for delivery has not been provided.

Article 4 – Payment
Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal. All transactions are secure. Aude Lechere reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or order that does not comply with its security conditions (e.g., non-EU bank card, incomplete contact details, inability to contact the customer).

Article 5 – Returns and refunds

5.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Jewelry must be returned in its original box, with all labels intact. No returns will be accepted if the label has been removed or if the jewelry shows signs of wear.

5.2 Return procedures
Returns can be made by appointment at the showroom or by post, at the customer's expense and responsibility (carrier, insurance, tracking, etc.), taking care to select a suitable carrier and an appropriate level of insurance.

5.3 Reimbursement
Refunds will be made via the payment method used, within 14 days of receipt and validation of the return.

Article 6 – Guarantees and liability
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use, an accident or normal wear and tear. After a two-year period, repairs can be offered on estimate.

Article 7 – Retention of title
The products remain the property of Aude Lechere until full payment of the price.

Article 8 – Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.audelechere.com (texts, visuals, photos, logo, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. You have the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete your data at any time by contacting: aude@audelechere.com .

Article 10 – Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided for by public policy.
