Aude Lechère is pleased to offer worldwide delivery. As each piece is precious, we take care to handle customs formalities in advance: customs duties are paid by us, so you have nothing to pay upon arrival. For a smooth and hassle-free reception, we invite you to provide all useful details: access code, intercom, telephone number, opening hours, etc.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have fourteen working days from receipt of your order to return the jewelry to us if it is not suitable. It must be returned in its original box, accompanied by all its intact labels. Any jewelry whose label has been detached cannot be returned. Returns can be made, by appointment, in our showroom, or by post, under your responsibility, taking care to select a suitable carrier and an appropriate level of insurance.

Each piece of jewelry is delivered to you carefully presented in its case, with its suede pouch, its screen-printed bag and its certificate of authenticity.
